Frequently Asked Questions About Our Professional Pest Control Services
How much does pest control cost for a pharmaceutical facility?
Pharmaceutical programs usually run $500 to $1,000 a month. They cost more because the standards are stricter. You need digital service logs, safety data sheets on file for every product, trend reporting and records that stand up to an audit. Visits are scheduled around production and cleanroom rules, and our technicians follow your gowning and entry procedures.
How often should a restaurant have pest control?
Most busy restaurants should have a visit every two weeks. Smaller places with lower volume and a newer kitchen can often go monthly. Visits are timed around your opening and closing hours so we're never in the way during service. Restaurant plans usually run $150 to $200 a month, and each visit comes with a report you can show a Peel Public Health inspector.
How do you do pest control in a building that runs 24 hours a day?
Plenty of Mississauga buildings never close: airport hotels, logistics centres, plants running three shifts. We plan visits for the quietest hours and work area by area, so only one zone is affected at a time. Most of the work is checking traps and monitors, which doesn't need anyone to leave. When a treatment does need an area cleared, we book it ahead with your manager.
How much does bed bug treatment cost?
Bed bug treatment is priced after a free inspection, because the job depends on how many rooms are affected, how bad it is and the type of home. A small apartment with an early problem costs a lot less than a whole house. Most bed bug jobs need at least two visits about two weeks apart, and we'll give you a prep list so the treatment works the first time.
Why are wasps nesting in the ground in my yard?
Those are usually yellowjackets. They like old rodent burrows, holes under patio stones and soft soil along garden beds, and a lot of people find the nest when they run over it with the lawn mower. Keep kids and pets away, don't pour gasoline or water down the hole, and don't try to block it. We'll treat it safely, usually in the evening. Wasp nest removal for a home costs $150 to $250.
Can stored-product beetles get into pharmaceutical products?
Yes. The drugstore beetle actually got its name from infesting dried herbs and medicines in old pharmacies. It and the cigarette beetle feed on dried botanical ingredients, starches, capsules and some packaging. That's why pharmaceutical sites monitor with pheromone traps, inspect raw materials when they arrive and keep detailed trend reports. We include all of this in our pharmaceutical pest control programs.
Why are weevils showing up in imported food shipments?
Rice, beans, grains, nuts and dried goods can be infested at the source, long before they reach Canada, and weevils lay eggs inside the kernels where you can't see them. Warm shipping containers speed up the life cycle, so a load can arrive with live insects. Inspect loads at receiving, hold anything suspicious separately, rotate stock and keep pheromone and sticky monitors in storage areas. See our warehouse pest control.
How do you control flies in a warehouse with doors open all day?
Strip curtains or air curtains on the busiest dock doors help a lot, along with fast-closing doors where you can install them. Keep garbage and compactors away from the doors and empty them often, because that's where most flies breed. Inside, fly lights placed near the doors and out of sight from outside catch the ones that get in. We include fly control in our facility programs.
Can mice get into a condo on a high floor?
Yes. Mice climb inside the walls, along pipes and electrical lines, and up through garbage chutes and stairwells, so a unit on the 20th floor can still get them. They come for food in kitchens and garbage. Check under the sink and behind the stove and fridge for gaps where pipes come through, and seal them with steel wool and caulk. Tell your property manager, since the problem is usually building-wide. Mouse control for a home is $250 to $350.
How much does carpenter ant treatment cost?
Ant control for a home, carpenter ants included, usually costs $199 to $299. If the nest is inside a wall or under a floor, we may need to drill a few small holes to get the treatment to it, and we'll tell you before we do. We'll also point out any wet wood or leaks that brought them in, because fixing those is what keeps them from coming back.

Why us
Pest Control for Mississauga Warehouses, Restaurants and Pharma
Few cities in Canada have as much commercial space as Mississauga. Around the airport and along the 401 and 407 there are warehouses, logistics centres and hotels. There are pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies across the city, and restaurants and stores in every plaza. Our Mississauga team runs warehouse pest control, pharmaceutical programs, hotel service and restaurant plans across the city.
Each program is built around how the building works. Pharmaceutical clients get digital logs and audit-ready reports. Hotels get bed bug monitoring. Warehouses get rodent control at the docks and along the walls. Restaurants get visits around service hours. We usually respond within 24 to 48 hours when something comes up between visits, and we can send an unmarked vehicle if you don't want a pest control truck at the front door.
Being next to the country's busiest airport and on major trucking routes means goods arrive in Mississauga from all over the world, and some pests come with them. Cockroaches in cardboard, beetles in dry goods and mice in pallets all turn up in receiving areas. We set monitors near the receiving doors and in holding areas, so anything that comes in with a shipment gets caught before it spreads through the building.
Homes in Mississauga deal with mice and rats in the fall, ants and wasps in the warmer months, and bed bugs and cockroaches in condos and apartments all year. We also treat carpenter ants, pharaoh ants, hornets, carpenter bees, spiders, centipedes, silverfish, flies, fruit flies, weevils and beetles.
We opened in 2017, and every one of our technicians is licensed, insured and background checked. We answer emergencies 24/7. Call 647-849-4441 to book your free estimate.
